Nothing matches the coverage from WWL-TV4:
    http://www.wwltv.com/
The live continuous video coverage is right under the header.

I've been playing it on the N800 all day over Alltel's EVDO. I was in a
couple of restaurants and the mall and live TV coverage has been first
class. We're watching the water top the west wall on live video. The
pumps were losing the battle, but are, at the moment dropping the water
level in the drainage canals keeping NOLA safe. Some flooding has
happened. It's crazy the walls aren't TALLER....

I've listened to the HF coverage from NASA's receivers on Scanusa.com
but there's not much news, just the usual bunch of hams standing by
trying to look more important than they used to be. There is also a
state radio network, but it's awful informal and you can't really glean
any info like you can on WWL's fantastic coverage.

New Orleans and Louisiana got awful lucky.
