Could be either. I'd note, however, that the iPhone runs on AT&T's
very well used (in the SF Bay area probably overused) 3G network while
the Google phone runs on T-Mobile's brand new 3G network for which
there are hardly any phones. I'm quite willing to believe that, if
you can find a signal, there is a lot less competition for bandwidth
on T-Mobile's 3G network.
