you are incorrect... read the link... wifi syncing was added in iTunes 9.

Interesting combination of Oxford fanboy blather:

On the one hand, the fanboy says that USB is "legacy" and "not needed".
On the other hand he admits that USB is needed because the iToy's WiFi is
too slow and the iToy has inadequate battery capacity.

What he really means is "it's shiny and made by Apple."

Wireless would be nice, and I wish it had that wireless syncing with
iTunes, but yes it would be slower than USB.

As to battery life, well it is nothing short of excellent on the iPad.

Your iToy must be something made by someone else...

    That's what he said.

Of course, he's also said he's a bonus baby living off the proceeds of
the Pratt half of the Pratt & Whitney money. Except for the little fact
that Pratt & Whitneywas never actually owned by anyone named Pratt.

And we now know that he lives in a tiny bungalow in a old folks housing
    development.

Wait... are you seriously thinking you can make the iPad look bad
because you can find accessories that are not appropriate for it?

You could spend all day just making a category list like that --
entirely pointless, but wow, so many kinds of items!

    Mouse chargers
    pocket protectors
    cable management systems
    spare HDMI cables
    canned air
    floor sweepers
    magnetic business card holders
    flashlights

and there is simply no provision at all for replacements:
    stylus tri-packs
    spare bulbs
    lint baskets
    grease pencils

I really don't know why you think a portable device needs to be tied
down to a desktop-accessory USB hub. Is it because you still think this
is a replacement for a computer?

That isn't about synching, but sharing the Library of different
    computers among authorized computers.

Synching is a different process entirely.

Again, that is about something other than the synching of settings and
data that an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad need to do.

Indeed. How did this sync take place? Did you copy of iTunes just
detect your iPhone on the network and started to sync automatically?
Or was it a manual sync? How long did the sync take?

he's talking about between two computers, not syncing to an iphone.

Actually, he was talking about the iPad:

    DevilsPGD:
"The iPad has a Dock Connector port which has USB pinouts, but no
    USB port."

    Oxford:
"there isn't much need for a usb port with everything on apple
    products being wireless"

    Todd Allcock:
"That explains iTunes' ability to sync wirelessly over WiFi...
...oh, wait a minute, I meant Zune's ability..."

    Oxford:
    "iTunes syncs wirelessly over WiFi"

It was clear that he didn't actually talk about syncing, but it was
disingenious to make it appear that it did wireless syncing but
instead switching the subject to syncing between computers, and not
    the iPad at all.
