Go Phone Data Stopped Working: Error Code -2

I picked up an AT&T Go Phone prepaid SIM card about a month ago and
have been using it with an unlocked GSM phone. The default plan
charges $0.25/minute for voice calls and $0.01/KB for data. The data
was working fine all this time using the wap.cingular APN settings

but stopped working day before yesterday. Now any attempt to access
the web results in an error page with an error code of -2. Anyone know
what error code -2 means? Does it mean all the bandwidth has been
sucked up by iPhones or something?

My prepaid balance is running low (I have about $5 left). I was about
to add some more money to the account, but thank God I did not! I need
data service that is RELIABLE and doesn't just stop working for days
on end for no discernable reason.

Not 100% but I think I read somewhere that GoPhone data stops working when
balance gets down to $5. Call 611 and check, they are usually quite helpful.
When balance is less than $5 you can still make calls, just no data.
