I would like to buy a Prepaid SIM Card in California

My Aircard supports 1900 Mhz .

Can you pls let me know which carrier uses 1900 Mhz in the US?

My understanding is at&t uses 1900 and 850 MHz for voice, and
1900 MHz for data, while T-Mobile uses only 1900 for voice and
lower speed (GSM, GPRS, EDGE) data, but 1700 MHz for HSPA data.

Any other carriers using SIM cards will have only extremely local
coverage areas, and I wouldn't know about them.

HTH, and that others, better informed than I, will correct
any errors I may have promulgated here.
