Has anybody noticed the new rate increases as of Feb.

Well they've posted it now but it looks like less minutes for most plans.

Less anytime minutes, yes. Added is 1000 m2m. Some will be ecstatic about
this, others will be not happy, and others will be indifferent. I fall into
the latter category. I call m2m a good bit, but still stay well within my
anytime minutes anyway, so if I was to change plans, it wouldn't do anything
to me, except maybe add more to my monthly rollover since m2m calls would
not be deducted from my anytime minutes.
