Not a single source at all. Consumer Reports is simply one data point. It
happens to be a very good data point, simply because of the huge sample size
of their survey, and their excellent methodology.

You are incorrect. I do have experience with carriers in that area. You need
to calm down. Wow, a Napoleon complex. That's creative writing!

    > and you decide to resort to accusing me of being less

I did not accuse you of any such thing. I simply stated the fact that
Consumer Reports subscribers (of which I am not one), tend to be more
affluent and higher educated. Do you understand that certain publications
attract certain types of readers? In advertising based publications you can
see the typical type of reader based on the ads.

    > So long troll.

I see, you can't answer anything I say with facts or logic, so I'm a troll.
Very weak. Weaker than Navas's standard "Rubbish" response when he is unable
    to dispute the facts.

I suggest that you obtain the following textbook:

    anfrancisc0b-20/"

which will help you learn to debate more effectively.

Also, be aware that the "Southeast" is a big area. Verizon was top ranked in
Atlanta and Orlando, but I'm sure that there are areas where it isn't great,
especially in some areas where it's relegated to PCS.

Well, you're only lying if you continue to insist that CU (Consumer's
Reports) is taking corporate kickbacks. I notice you keep repeating
the lie, but don't have any way to back it up. And just because you
have the opinion that cingular is the best in your area doesn't speak

But your opinion isn't borne by any facts. You probably think the

It would only be a "lie" if he knows it to be false, and I don't think that's
the case. For the record, I tend to doubt his claim, but I don't really know

True. Just as yours that Cingular sucks doesn't speak for everyone. ;-)

Again, call it a lie if you wish, but I have stated several times it is just
speculation. I am sorry that that offends you. And my opinion of Cingular in
the Southeast comes from my experiences, and every single survey and review
I have ever read. I am sorry if that also bothers you.

That is why they are called opinions, because they aren't facts. They are
personal feelings that cannot be proved, nor disproved.

Consumer's Reports has sued people for such statements, and won.

This has to be a first. Navas saying he doesn't know something.

The rest of the world has zero reason to doubt Consumer Reports veracity.

    Case citation?

    Tell that to Suzuki:

"Supreme Court allows Suzuki to continue suit against Consumer Reports"
    <http://www.post-gazette.com/FirstAme...04suzukip5.asp>

Suzuki attorneys said that Consumer Reports employees designed their
road tests to get the Samurai to tip and then used its reports to
make money in fund raising and subscription drives. ...

Exsqueeze me, but not having a case thrown out is hardly the same as
winning a case. And the reason it's news is usually such cases DO GET
THROWN OUT, as Consumer Reports has such a sterling reputation.

Boo-hoo, it upsets me greatly. I am so sad that you wish to defame a
company, but I understand that's the way you work. Guilty until

Just my opinion, just as it is yours that Verizon is better in the
Southeast. To each their own. I am still sorry you don't believe people can
have opinions, but I understand it's just the way you work <wink>. It would
be defaming if I said I had proof or knew of execs that said it was so,
which I do not. I have repeatedly stated it as specilation. I am sorry you
can't accept the fact that people have the ability to form thier own

Reputation has nothing to do with it.

I note that you don't have a citation to back up your claim that, "Consumer's
Reports has sued people for such statements, and won."

I feel quite certain he won't find anything.

That website wouldn't exist if his claim were true.
