Any phone with speaker phone from Cingular?

I'm looking for a phone with the speaker-phone function. Also do you
have any negative comments on the phone?

Motorola V400 - seems to work pretty well / expensive
Nokia 6200 - not for speaker phone in high noise areas
Nokia 3100 - same as for 6200
Siemens S56 - same as Nokias / warranty direct through Siemens

Motorola T720 doesn't have an integrated speakerphone, but a friend
has the speakerphone attachment which plugs into the bottom and has a
pretty good sound quality.
