Reqwireless Web Viewer and v400

I can't connect to sites using the trial version on the Motorola v400 using
Cingular Wireless service. Can you help?

I created a new web session as follows:

Name: Java Session
Homepage: http://reqwireless.com/wap
Gateway IP 1: 000.000.000.000
Port 1: 9201
Domain 1: <blank>
Service Type 1: HTTP
DNS 1: 000.000.000.000
Uername 1: <blank>
Password 1: <blank>
Speed (Bps)1: 9600
Line Type 1: Modem
GPRS APN: isp.cingular
Username: <blank>
Password: <blank>

Do you see any problems with this setup?
