Good evening. YOu say the Motorola v400 is a class 4 handset and one of the
most powerful cingular carries. How does the Samsung 307 compare to the mot

The S307 is not a bad phone, but it does not provide that great of a battery life. Also it maybe a class 4 hanset since Cingular in making an effort for all new handset to be a 4 class phone, but sometimes the network software in the phone is not set for optimal. The Samsung X427 seems to preform better and is a cheaper phone. The S307 is a good family member phone, but for the Day to Day business person the MotorolaV400/V600 is the phone of choice.

MP3 ringtones that you make (from CDs, MP3 and WAV files, etc.) and
send to phone with that app sounds great on V400. You can also record
your voice ringer.
