I have a prepaid Cingular phone and recently they've done two really
SH**&&Y things.
First, without notice, they changed the policy about carrying over
unused minutes. Before if you bought more time within 7 days of the
end of the previous "filling's" expiration you got to keep the old
$$'s. Now, apparantly you're screwed. They got nearly $20 because I
refilled on 7/2 instead of 6/30.
This is particularly galling with Cingular making a big deal about
regular cell plan people being able to carry over unused minutes. I
guess they have to screw someone to pay for that.
Second, they've started charging for an extra minute when I go beyond
the 30 second boundary; i.e. a 36 second call is charged as two
minutes and so forth.
All in all Cingular has taken a major dive in customer service.

That's silly, Mike - A real and legit name is required for one of those.
