Check out http://myPhoneFiles.com for the small app which lets you make
your own voice ringers out of audio CD tracks, MP3 files, or record your
own voice (or voice of friends and family). It is fairly addictive.

You load a song, select the part you want as a ringer, and send it to a
phone straight from your computer. Pretty cool.
