I just got a Samsung 427 and although I can get/send email OK using
the mycingular.com domain, I haven't been successful at getting the
"Get POP Email" feature to work. I'm trying to check my Mindspring
email account on the Samsung. I went onto Cingular website and added
it (Mindspring was one of many POP providers available in the
drop-down), but it doesn't work for me. I noticed that the default
setting was "mail.mindspring.com" where I would expect
"pop.mindspring.com" maybe.

Has anyone successfully added POP email (from a non-Cingular domain)
to their phone?
