It's not a matter of being lazy; it's a matter of making you PUT UP or
    SHUT UP.

Even judges have--and use--discretion. Here you are, hiding behind the
big, bad charter, wanting everyone in the world to abide by it--but then
you lack the common sense to post it after such a posting was
    specifically requested by someone.

What is it with you? Do you really think the world works the way YOU
want it to, or the way some vague written "charters" and "guidelines"
    say?

    It obviously is. Rude too.

Nope -- I post it every two weeks.

That can't be bothered to either check newserver archives or Google Groups,
particularly when that person is deliberately offensive -- you bet!

    >What is it with you?

Unwilling to tolerate people like you.

I know Usenet works by specific and clear charters and guidelines.

You've just summed up your whole problem: you're living in a fantasy

Good advice. That's what I did when he was cheerleading for ATTWS over in
their group. Of course, that was before I switched to Cingular.
