The web site more honestly, puts it this way:

"Now that AT&T Wireless is part of the Cingular family, our Mobile to
Mobile calling community will grow to become the largest in America. The
reach of your existing Mobile to Mobile calling plan has expanded to
include all Cingular and AT&T Wireless customers an unprecedented 46
    million people.*

Implementation*is already underway to expand the reach of your existing
Mobile to Mobile calling plan to all Cingular and AT&T Wireless
customers. Please check back on November 10, 2004 for an update on when
this service will be available. Our goal is to have it available to you
    by this holiday season."

    No stretch there...

Ads all the time lie about what 'absolutley free" means, no stretch to
lie about what the word "overnight" means...

And almost every product advertized on TV is priced at $19.95 no matter
what the product is...do you really think that a product is "honestly"
priced at $19.95 no matter what the product is? No way...in other words
ads are usually full of lies all the time.

Look at a car commerical. Most of them show a great looking car and say
they start at a very LOW price but the actual car that was in the commerical
can be as much as $10,000 more.

Sorry its a complete lie. It'd didn't and hasn't happened yet, and when
it does, months down the road it won't be Overnight then either.

And just because you know of "other" dishonest ads on TV, doesn't give
Cingular the right to flat lie.

    A) lots of car ads now list "well equiped" prices for just that reason.

    b) Just because other ads may be bogus is absolutely no justification
for Cingular to flat lie, and pretend free Mobile to Mobile took place
overnight already between Cingular & ATTWS, when its not even started to
be implemented yet. It's a flat lie.

Mark November 15 on your calendar. See if it's done by then.

    That isn't false -- that's marketing hyperbole.

You're really clutching at straws now.

    Pathetic.

It is a total lie, as Cingular customers can not yet get Free Mobile to
Mobile calling to AT&TWS customers. But the ad said it has already
    happened overnight.

Only a someone in Cingular's pocket like Navas would not see the lie.

Why is it rubbish?. It hasn't happened yet, but the commercial said it
    already happened overnight.

Only someone in Cingular's pocket like Navas would fail to see the lie.
