18 months for Integration is now 24 months

They're back sliding already from their estimates of 18 months to
integrate ATTWS.

Nice try- that's the same timeframe posted previously. I would expect
nothing less of you than to focus on the negative.

Cingular must have tied you up real tight with your contract- you're whining
but not threatening to leave. I guess they closed all of your favorite
loopholes.

Your usual negative fantasy. What it actually says:

One change, scheduled to begin Nov. 15, is expanded mobile-to- mobile
calling, he said. Since Cingular and AT&T Wireless each had somewhat
different areas in which they allowed calling without roaming
charges, the combination of networks means customers will be able to
avoid such fees in a broader area, Merriman said.

So much for your FUD.

"We have a number of teams working on all aspects of the acquisition,
" the spokesman said. Overall, he said, the integration process
probably will take 18 to 24 months.

Still the same time period.
