To Barry and all concerned;

Cingular wireless - on the side of Customer Service representatives -
tells the CS reps to NOT put us the consumers on the mEdia Works plan
IF we plan on using the plan through a laptop. This I discovered from
a nice young man that I spoke with from cnglr on the phone - one of
the phone CS reps. He actually read this to me from his computer
screen. Something along the lines of:
"Do not offer this plan to the customer if they want a laptop used
unlimited data plan".

In the end, he pretty much admitted that this can be used via laptop
and you will not be incurring extra charges and all would be fine.
Along with what the terms state about them notifying you - I would
imagine you're good to go.
