What network does a Cingular customer use when in the Long Island area of
New York? I don't believe there is any native NY Cingular coverage...are
they on the AT&T network or on T-Mobile?

TDMA users have always used AT&T (now Cingular) while GSM users were using
T-mobile. Now GSM users are being switched to AT&T's (now Cingular's) GSM
network.

Is this switch over an on going thing or was it an all at once deal? In
other words...is there a way to tell which network a Cingular GSM user is
using on Long Island, T Mobile or AT&T?
