    I posted an add earlier and i can't find it..i think it got deleted...anyways i went to the mall 1 day and a cingular rep talked me into changing my service from cellone to cingular...he says it will take 5 minutes...1st we couldn't transfer my cellone # to my new cingular phone...so i had to call cellone and cancel my service....i waited 30 min....i waited 1 hour....1 hour and 30 minutes....and he keep saying 2 more minutes...he kept lying and lying...i got pissed off at him and told him to give me back my ID and credit card...i don't want the phone anymore...he gave it back....a month later i got my credit card statement and i was charged over $50 bucks ...i never got the phone...now i got no phone cause of the LIARS that works for cingular ..they made me cancelled my plan with cellone ...now i tried goin back with cellone and they want me to sign a new contract....i'm not signing a new contract with them..i'm now using my husband cell phone until i find a good deal on a cell phone...i would never recommend anyone to cingular...their customer services sucks bigtime and they lie too much....bunch of LIARS working for them

    99% of the time Mall reps are not Cingular employees but have
    a salary based mostly (or totally) on commissions, thus the incentive to
    do "whatever it takes" to get you to take a phone.

    1. Call your credit card company and get a ChargeBack for the $50.

    2. Find out who owns and runs the Mall location, and complain
    about them and the rep to your state AG.

    3. Write to HQ at CellOne, and beg.

    i already try begging to go back to cellone...once you cancelled with them..thats it...u need a new contract....my contract was up since last year November...who can i complain about cingular service rep that screw me over in the mall?? they take my money without any authorization...thats highway robbery...i hope no one goes with cingular if this is the way they treat their customers

    Again: the mall person is likely not a Cingular employee.

    Call Cingular Customer Service. They don't want "contract" dealers who are
    ripping off their customers. Report him to Cingular, and if what you say
    checks out, I would believe that he wont be a Cingular dealer much longer.

    the guy that i ran into with at the mall was the cingular supervisor...i got his name on a paper that he printed out...Cingular should of at least say sorry for all the time i wasted and most off all..for lying to me...and made me cancelled my plan with cellone....guys stay away from CINGULAR

    Malls also may have company-owned stores. The mall near me has a
    company-owned kisok. Your are just sooooooo knowledgeable.

    No, they are employed by SpamTroll, Inc. Looks like those who said there are
    no stupid questions were wrong.

    Absolutely none shown on their website.

    Try asking the manager at your local company owned store.

    If you go to their webpage at www.cingular.com and look at the top, it says
    "contact us". Click on that and call the toll free customer service line.
    They can help you with your complaints.
