sbc / dallas offers both biz and res "measured" service.
lower mrc, but 100 or 25 completed outgoing "local" calls,
and 8 cents (11 with taxes) for each addl call. incoming
calls don't count.

bad news is that a completed call fwd call counts just as if
you dialed it.

(i have the bills to prove it ;-)
