    Just curious if circuit switched data needs to be provisioned. I got
    email to work on GPRS, but was trying to get it on CSD and never was
    successful.

    Yes, it does need to be first provisioned.

    Do you have to have one of the Media or Wireless Internet packages? Or
    can it work off of minutes only?

    No, it works off of your minute packages. Obviously it'd be most ideal
    to use it either @ 9pm local time or 7pm local time depending on when
    your N/W minutes begin.
    Media/Wireless IE is only for GPRS usage. GPRS being NON-CSD.

    You need at least a minimum data package to get CSD, which then works off of
    minutes.

    Do you need anything special in order to get CSD other than a minimum data
    package? I thought most providers wouldn't even offer that option anymore.

    No.

    ATTWS didn't, but is now part of Cingular, which does.
