I'm a new (1 month) Cingular customer and my husband just moved over too so
we have a family plan. I'm thinking about porting our main landline # to the
plan as well. (We have a second number on the same landline, which we'll
keep active for fax and emergency, but with no extra features, reducing our
monthly local Verizon bill from around $80 to around $10). A conservative
estimate of net savings is $600/year.
Has anyone done this? Any experiences or advice would be appreciated.
