Prepaid Sims in Tijuana?

Hi,

I am going to Tijuana Mexico down thru Ensenada, where can I pick up prepaid
Sims to use in that area? It's serviced by Movistar. I went to a number of
places in Rosarito, but no place had them? Thanks,

I use Telcel in that area. Watch for Telcel signs. The large mall in the Rio
area of TJ has a Telcel store
