    I sure this has been asked many times, but can anyone can me an idea how
    long it should take to get my rebate. I purchased my phone the 2nd week of
    October and I was told I would have it in 12 weeks, I've check the webpage
    that will tell you about your rebate but it says the information if not
    availible and to check again later.

    8 to 10 weeks is the company line (it's usually sooner though). Call about
    it NOW. If you do not have the number to the rebate center call customer
    care, they can direct you from there. Missing rebates can usually be
    resolved if the company is contacted promptly. If you wait too long they
    will not be able to help.

    It will take two or three months to receive your rejection letter from
    Young America. You will then need to contact Cingular Customer Service (do
    NOT call Young America; they are rude, discourteous, and dismissive, and
    they will just tell you to call Cingular anyway-- don't waste your time).
    After you've talked with Customer Service, you will either receive a check
    in a few weeks, or the rebate amount will be debited from your account on
    your next statement.
