V551 Fast Forward?

Does anyone know if the motorola v551 is FastForward Capable?
Any reply appreciated.

It is not listed anyplace that I've seen as compatible with the optional
hardware sold by Cingular.

But, if you go into settings, and tell it to always forward to a given
phone number, it appears to get billed as a FF call (or, not out of your
minutes). But if you setup forwarding in the If Not Available option, you
end up using your minutes.

FF works fine with the V551 but you cannot foward the call to a number
outside of you LOCAL phone network. If you have nationwide servce or the
Canada-US-Mexico you are still limited to FF in your LOCAL HOME i.e. NYC
home cannot FF to Miami
