I was wondering if I receive a call on my AWS cell phone in Mexico, is it
free incoming because its on Telcell's network, or only if I have a local
sim card? What I hope to do is set up a VOIP forward to my cell if it is a
free incoming call?

No, AFAIK, since you would be roaming and on ATT tariffs. If you had a
Telcell SIM it would be different.

Thanks All,
I'll stop in Tijuana and get a local prepaid sim, then forward my calls from
my VOIP line to the cellphone's new Mexican number. Now if I could get 2 FXS
boxes very cheap....
I did get my text messages free in Mexico on ATTws.
