help please.

I would like to know if there is any LEGAL way to have text messages that
are sent from one phone delivered to another phone besides the one the
message was intended for. Or if there is any way to recover deleted text
messages.

If these messages were not intended for you, then, at least in
California, it would probably be illegal to access those messages. I
would assume that there would be some provision in most US states
regarding this.
