Planning some Cancun / Cozumel time. Does Cingular work in this part
of Mexico?

No, but you can roam on TelCel GSM. I have--just get international
calling AND international roaming turned on before you leave.

Ask about the north america plan its not widely publicized. you can get 400
min for ~$40 and drop it after 1 month. If you keep it longer the unused
minutes will roll over.
