I just got two phones that I am going to use with the prepaid cards. I
already have phone numbers setup for each phone.
I have done a lot of searching on the cingular website to see if it is
possible to start the $20.00/90 day service online, and add money as needed
to the phone account without purchasing cards each time.
It seems this is possible using a credit card, but when I try to register
they want a passcode. Maybe I am starting at the wrong URL.
Thanks
Bob

Re: Newbie ???
Sorry about that. I guess I want the KIC service? Anyway it seems I should
have been given a password when I got the phones and numbers, so back to the
store for the password. I just want a phone for each car in case of an
emergency. Cell service is not available at my home.
I think I am OK if I just want to buy cards at Wal-Mart etc. but I would
rather use a credit card and do it online.
I found this link
http://ciqext.cingular.com/Facets/Fi...ll_online.html
but now need the pin.

Re: Newbie ???
Your passcode was given (or selected by yourself) when you signed up and got
the phone number. No one except Cingular and yourself can help you. You will
not need this passcode if you buy refill card and refill it from phone
later. If you like to do something, like auto refill thru website, you will
be asked this passcode.
