    Whin Cingular took over At&t Towers they have had a lot of drop Calls it is

    GSM doesn't drop calls under load, since each call gets dedicated spectrum.
    GSM only drops call when the mobile device moves from one tower to another
    tower, and the new tower has no available capacity. When a tower gets
    overloaded, what you see is 'network busy' when trying to place a call.
