another billing question

This will be my first full month with Cingular. On the web page My Account,
where they update your useage there is a line for "Data" next to it is
"1024" and next to that under the "used" column it says "9".

I don't have a plan and have pay per use. I know that Cingular charges 3
cents/kilobyte. Does that mean that I used "9" kilobytes" the way it is
listed on my usage page?
