Will Cingular give one a code to unlock a SMT5600 (they come locked to
ATTW)? (Apparently they will eventually be providing this phone locked to
Cingular, but for now all units available are locked to ATTW, unless they
have been unlocked.)

If so, is there a charge for that (how much?), or will they do it for free?

Or--does one have to use one of those online unlocking services? (Where do
they get the codes???) If so, anyone know which has the lowest price (and is
reliable) for unlocking the SMT5600?
