Any feedback on purchasing Cingular service/phone fromLetsTalk?

I am looking to get one or two cingular phones (Nokia 3120 and 6682).

I currently have one Nokia 6360 phone with an AT&T account, which will be
redundant if I get a Family plan.

Can anyone provide feedback on LetsTalk.com?

Will I get normal service from my local Cingular store?
Any gotchas?

You are more likely to "get serviced" by cingular than to get service.
Great coverage, lousy service

Were you able to ge the 6682? It seems like LetsTalk.com stopped carrying
it... it was on backorder until 10/21, but now is not even offered.
Cingular.com used to have it, but now they don't as well. I have been all
over the net looking for them, but it seems as if they have been taken off
the shelves. One of the Cingular (store) employees told me he heard the
phone had problems with voice mail.

Anyone else hear anything?

Strange as the phone really has nothing to do with Voice Mail. Voice Mail is
handled 100% in the centralswitching office.

Not so strange, since the phone handles its end of voice mail notification.
