Question regarding having my cell phone and laptop work together

I want to use my V551 with Cingular service to connect either by Bluetooth
or by USB to my laptop so that my laptop can have remote internet service.

What's the best way to go and why?

I already have a USB cable that plugs into the phone.


Will Cingular charge extra if I use my phone this way?

How exactly do I connect?

With Bluetooth I use the Dialup Networking app. Pair the phone and
laptop... OR get Cingular's Connection Manager. Anything that says ISP
change to WAP...
