Re: email on the rokr
I'm pretty sure it's the same as the V551.
Go to the message menu.
Select your menu button.
Scroll down to email setup.
Select and enter your POP3 account info.
This will use data from the MEdia net account or
pay per use at $.01 per kb transfered.

After trying this with a number of phones, I've found that the only way
I can get this operable is to call and talk endlessly to one dunce
after another at Cingular. They guess and doink around on their own
personal phones and look at their co-workers phones and I try 20-30
different things and one of them eventually works.
Imagine the entire world is a counter at Burger King, and all of them
are manned by disinterested or slow-witted high-school children...

Thank you and have a nice day.

Re: email on the rokr
OK,
I just pulled out a ROKR and took a look. While it is a little
different it is pretty close to what I posted above. The main
difference being that you have an actual account link to go into on the
ROKR vs V551 having all the setting under 1 link. If you know your POP
settings though you should be able to get the email with no problem.
I've no been able to get it to work with my gmail account but I can get
it to work with my cable modem account no problems.
