Voicemail indicator problem seems fixed

For my account, Cingular seems to have fixed the failure of the
voicemail indicator to activate for calls received when the phone is
off or out of range. (The problem is discussed here:

It might not be fixed for good, and it might not be fixed everywhere.
I'm in Oakland, California, on 510-637-xxxx.

Confirmed (in nearby San Ramon, California, also at least).
