I have to agree! Sprint was 30 to 45 min some times and now you get
someone from a third world country. just one of the reasons I switched to
Cingular.
Real english speaking pepole and fairly quick now.

Since I work for Cingular in one of our call centers (not one of the three mentioned) it is nice to see a post like this. Typically you only hear the bad stuff, which is fine, we need to hear that too so that we can learn and correct errors. For the record other than Puerto Rico and Monterrey, Mexico Cingular has no customer service call centers outside the United States. The Monterrey center was a former AT&T center that we got in the purchase and handles the majority of our Spanish inbound calls, that used to be taken care of in Midland, Texas.
PR was always a Cingular center and handles our operations there, quite a good group in Guyanbo.
We do have Telesales operation in India but again those were former AT&T centers and they are third-party vendors, they are not owned and operated by Cingular.
