Hi, I am new to the Cingular service. How can I check my Roleover minutes by
my phone. On my phone if I use *646# or use
611 option 2 does not show my roleover minutes, the only way I can check my
Roleover minutes I must go on line. Is there any way I can check my roleover
minutes by using my phone only?.
I have found that roleover miutes kick in when after I have used all of my
regular minutes.

611 option Zero Zero will get you to a live customer service
representative. That person can tell you about your rollover minutes.
Ask them why Option Two does not give you the information you desire.
It works for me.
