Does Cingular offer a North America Plan covering Canada, US and Mexico with
free Roaming and free Long distance within the all of North America?
I've seen tin in the past. But, I cannot access information about the rate
plans online?

NO they retired that plan back in October of 2005. If you had it then
you are grandfathered in and can keep it. If you do not then you will
need to add the International Roaming package for $5.99 and pay the
discounted roaming rate of $.59 per minute. IMO it's not that great of
a deal as compared to the old North America Plan or the AT&T Wireless
roaminging package.

They will NOT let you have this plan. They were getting hammered in
roaming cost in Mexico.
