Edited: What I meant is, read the contact information from the nextel
sim and put it on the Cingular Sim.

Wrong again- normal for you. ALL Nextel phones use SIMS.

You should apologize for your mistake. But I won't hold my breath. Just
further proof that you are indeed an idiot.

    Some do, some don't.

    Go to www.google.com

For the search terms, enter: Nextel SIM

You may be surprised at the results.

    P.S. iDEN <> TDMA

I got it converted last night, through a phone shop that a local guy
told me about, it didnt bring over the groups properly like they said
it would so they gave me the 5 dollars back, they charged, but it
saved me allot of manual input.

More accurately, some do, most do not.

    SIM (Subscriber Identity Module)
    <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subscriber_identity_module> is a term that's
specific to GSM, not iDEN or CDMA.

Nextel does use a UICC smartcard <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UICC> in some
phones, but it's more appropriately called something like Nextel Identity Card
    <http://www.nextel.com/en/services/worldwide/rental.shtml>. Other Nextel
    phones use IMEI.

Similarly, the UICC smartcard for GSM and CDMA is called R-UIM (Removable User
    Identity Module).

    Apology accepted.

Wrong again. I find too many references to post here. But please take a
look at the Motorola i870 at either the Motorola or Sprint site (as an
example). Go ahead and tell the world that it doesn't have a SIM card
listed as one accessory- you would be lying.

That term (Nextel Identity Card) is not used anywhere on the page you
referenced. You are now making things up. Buffoon.

    Other Nextel

Name one that has been introduced in the last 3 years.

Then it is not a SIM for GSM either. Interesting.

Yes John- I'm sorry that you are an idiot.

Now you are contradicting your own posts. Thank you for showing your
