I don't. FCC wouldn't allow it nor would any of the other regulatory
bodies.
At least not yet. In the last four years we have seen two mergers/buyouts
If it does, it'd be quite a few years down the road.

I could only see it happening if T-Mobile were unable to stay in
business. If the choices were T-Mobile shutting down or T-Mobile being
sold, I'm sure the feds would approve the being sold. Of course, that
doesn't mean that Cingular would be it.
