I have a Siemens SX66 PDA Phone with Windows Mobile2003 SE

I've been trying to get the thing to automatically Sync with our server for
some time. I can click Sync and it works great, though if I let it Sync
every X minutes, it gives me a Connmgr_36 Error.

While on Vacation a friend with the same Phone, but does -not- have Syncing
Issues Started getting the Connmgr_36 Error. He found out he was Roaming.
He set the Roaming Sync to use the mobile Schedule and it Sync'd Fine,

So I set me Roaming to use Mobile Schedule and I Sync Fine.

So that would make me think that it thinks I'm Roaming? How can I tell?
