    Mobile MP3 MP4 export skills
    1 Run Total Video Converter V2.52.
    Click "New Task" button to import files which you want to convert
    or preview to the task list..Those files could be mov ,rm ,avi ,mpeg
    ,wmv ,wma ,aac,mp3 ,mp4 etc.
    After the files is selected,a window 'Please select the format to be
    converted will popup to remind you to select the right button.
    2 If you want to export to MP3 ,select the button "Mp3 Audio". to
    Mp4 ,it returns to" Mp4 Video" .
    3 Click the '>' button to preview the video file;
    Click the '[' button to set the starting point for the converted file;
    Click the ']' button to set the ending point for the converted file;
    Remark: Above steps could be passed if it is no need to preview the
    video or edit the starting/ending point
    4 Details of setting;
    A, To export to MP3 ,go to the screen of Audio Option . Select
    Custom___frames/second which is under Sampling rate. The blanket is
    suggested to fill in 44100 yet 128 or 192 in___kbits/s under Bit Rate.
    Disregard other settings.Click "ok" directly.
    B, To export to MP4 ,select the same setting as above but change the
    figure to 16000 frames/second and 32kbits/s. Then go to the next screen

    "Video Option". Custom 25 frames/second and 500 kbits/s. Video
    Resize also should be set. Resize to QCIF (176X144 ). The width: height

    rate is recommended to 4:3 in Aspect. Then select "ok".
    5 Click the 'Convert Now' button to start your video converting. A
    progress window will pop up to remind the progress is converting;
    6 Remove the source files after converting is finished;
    7 Revise the suffix of new files to 3g2, then submit the files to
    mobile via software of Motorola Phone Tools.
    Remark
    1 The export files could be saved in Default Converted Folder in disk.

    No need to set Output File every time.
    2 Motorola Phone Tools also could import/export MP3 and MP4 , but the
    actual result is not as good as Total Video Converter V2.52. MPT
    hasn't the function of custom setting, so the export files could not
    has the best effect in V3c, especially for MP4. Have a try then you
    will see the difference.
    3 Though above data is set base on Motorola V3c, it is widely used
    among other mobiles.

    With a Motorola phone, Motorola Phone Tools (aka BVRP/Avanquest Mobile Phone
    Tools) makes this easy, and has much other useful functionality (backup, sync,
    messaging, Internet) to boot. Shopoem.com is a good low-cost source.
