My Files Watcher notifies you with a test message if your files are accessed while you're away

This might be of interest to some in this group. My Files Watcher sends
text message alerts to cell phone or an e-mail address if files or
folder on your system are accessed , changed, created, deleted,
etc.etc. while you are away from the computer.
You tell it which folders (or executable programs) you want to know
about and the app runs quitely in the background without interfering.
It also notifies about launched programs, applications, documents,etc.

Umm, it send a text message to your phone, not a test message, but at
least its a free download and you can try it to see if it is useful.

BTW, this app is bundled with the ringtone creator app at
myphonefiles.com, that app can turn any song into a ringtone, as well
as sends photos and video clips to your phone. FYI, many original RAZR
phones even though they can't take video itself, they can actually
receive it and play it back.
