About 10% of the time randomly though out the month, when I call my
second family plan phone, I get the recording, "The mobile user is not
available (or something like that). Please try your call again later."
Usually when the phone is turned off or unanswered, it goes to voice
mail. Cingular's tech support answer, "The phone might be turned off.
Turn the phone off and back on." I think he was actually giving two
different suggestions (guesses in Cingular lingo) there.
That bothers me as that is the same recording if a phone has been turned
off for non-payment.
Any guesses?
