In frequecy hopping based on the HSN next ARFCN is chosen. Can any one
tell me how the number which we give in HSN influences the choice? Can
anyone provide me the mechanism or algo on which the calculations based
on HSN work??

dude i think US army uses cdma not gsm

The US military doesn't use civilian systems.

I thought that they use Virgin Mobile "Pay-per-Go".
