"View my bill online" option


I rarely view my bill online anymore, and would like to cancel this
option. I do not have paperless billing. I have searched through the
support area, Q & A, typed in every possible variation of my inquiry,
and clicked on every available link. I have been unable to find a way to
cancel this option. Calling customer support was of no help, either.

Can someone please guide me in the right direction?

If you don't want to view it online, then don't. There is nothing to cancel.
