Pure abuse rom Cingular Corp Office: 1-404-236-6000

Finally reaching the contact I had been dealing with
at the 'Office of the Prez' <chuckle>, one Ms.Carpenter
(1-501-862-1111) who was 'amazed' over things. No surprise
there, my dealings with her have been very professional.

Then I get another call from 1-501-862-6300, I'm told
it's Ms. Carpenter's boss. AGAIN, a nice lady who tells
me they will check into things. I tell her what I want:

I want a written apology, an Cingular letterhead, and
I want to SPEAK with the CEO/PRES of Cingular..today

I'm told this can happen..

So, I am giving her the chance to make good.

...we'll see what happens...

More run around..

I did get to a Ms. Don Benton (1-404-236-5305 Corp office)
and (1-404-20206336 cell) PR dept who ADMITTED they reprimanded
the people involved. But, I call the corp office main #
(1-404-236-4000) and get hung up on. Cingular corp
security is involved (contact 1-973-637-9393) trying
to solve this problem. I've been calling the main corp
office # all day, and will again tomorrow. I'll
give them a chance to correct it..again..
