Sure. Motorola phones like the V551, V557, V365, and V3 will do that
with optional Phone Tools software.

Re: Regular Phones Sync with Outlook?
There is one very frustrating limitation with the Motorola Phone Tools - the
software can't handle recurring Outlook appointments with exceptions. For
example, if you have a weekly meeting that normally meets at 9:00, but that
has been moved to 10:00 for one week, that exeption won't show up in your
calendar. Also, if I recall correctly, the Motorola software won't copy
meeting locations to the phone (although I might be wrong about that one).
Samsung's software is even worse than Motorola Phone Tools in its handling
of Outlook calendars. I briefly had a Samsung A707, but returned it to the
store because of Samsung's absolutely worthless Outlook synchronization
software.
The best Cingular phones I've found for synchronizing with Outlook calendars
are the Sony Ericssons. I had some trouble initially getting the Sony
Ericsson PC Suite software to recognize my W300i, but after I finally read
and followed the instructions, it worked flawlessly. I can copy all of my
appointments from Outlook to my phone, including recurring appointments that
have exceptions.
I don't really care for the W300i's funky keypad or it's generally odd
appearance, but it is a great phone for weak signal areas, it has loud
enough earpiece volume to compensate for my slight hearing loss, and - most
important of all to me - it does a great job of synchronizing with Outlook.
Also, unlike Motorola Phone Tools, Sony Ericsson's PC Suite is a free
download from the Sony Ericsson website.

Re: Regular Phones Sync with Outlook?
All the Sony Ericsson ones can be sync'd using SE's own software or
MyPhoneExplorer (which is freeware). I prefer MyPhoneExplorer for
contact management.
