Help! Just got a Blackjack and I can not synch it with my PC. The PC
recognizes the device but then the synch program says it can not connect. I
went through the diagnostics which happens in such a situation and it always
comes out perfect - nothing is a matter.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Jeff

Let me guess, you are trying to do this via Bluetooth and you are using
a newer Dell Laptop with the Wireless 350 Bluetooth module. If so, the
rant below applies. If not, sorry.

If so, the problem is that you're PC uses the Toshiba Bluetooth stack,
which appears to be incompatible with most synch software (do a search
for Toshiba Bluetooth on the Cingular customer forums).

Only solution I know of is to remove the Toshiba stack and use the
original (assuming this is XP SP2) Microsoft one. Of course, then
other things may not work because the Microsoft stack is more
    rudimentary.

It would be nice if Dell would release an upgrade to fix this.
